About the role

• The Field Supervisor will perform a wide range of traffic control tasks to provide safety and support to our teammates, contractors on job sites or public/private roadways.

What you'll do

• Perform quality and safety job site checks
• Assist field staff with difficult traffic setups to ensure that the work zone is set correctly
• Provide support and training to the field members to help them grow with the company.
• Ensure that safety policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Work with contractors to coordinate projects and maintain good standing relationships.
• Truck inspections, gear and cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, to operate company equipment/vehicle
• State valid flagging certification card
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions
• Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of basic flagging policies, procedures, rules, and state and federal laws
