About the role
- The Field Supervisor will perform a wide range of traffic control tasks to provide safety and support to our teammates, contractors on job sites or public/private roadways.
What you'll do
- Perform quality and safety job site checks
- Assist field staff with difficult traffic setups to ensure that the work zone is set correctly
- Provide support and training to the field members to help them grow with the company.
- Ensure that safety policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Work with contractors to coordinate projects and maintain good standing relationships.
- Truck inspections, gear and cleanliness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license, to operate company equipment/vehicle
- State valid flagging certification card
- Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of basic flagging policies, procedures, rules, and state and federal laws
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Oregon)
