About The Role:

Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH, reporting to the VP of Marketing. As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing activities - from managing logistics for trade shows and webinars to supporting sales enablement, campaigns, CRM workflows, and cross-functional marketing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, thrives on details, and is looking to grow within a growth-stage and mission-driven organization.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Events & Campaign Coordination
    • Own logistics for trade shows, conferences, and hosted events (e.g., booth shipping, collateral, travel coordination)
    • Maintain and update the annual marketing event calendar
    • Help prepare event briefing materials and post-event follow-ups
  • Sales Enablement
    • Maintain and organize the library of sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, case studies, videos, and slide decks
    • Ensure sales teams have access to the latest version of collateral that aligns with current messaging and brand standards
    • Support creation of new tools and templates in partnership with product marketing
    • Help onboard new sales team members with key materials and training resources
    • Track usage of sales content and support improvements based on feedback and performance
  • Marketing Operations
    • Coordinate and lead weekly marketing status meetings: prepare agendas, track deliverables, and ensure action items are followed through
    • Marketing project management—track deliverables, deadlines, and status updates
    • Drive development and organization of campaign assets, content, and reports
    • Assist with email marketing campaigns, list management, and performance tracking
    • Coordinate creative and content review cycles across internal stakeholders
    • Help maintain marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
    • Assist with managing the marketing budget, coordinating vendor partners, and sourcing promotional products and print materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We Would Love To Hear From You, If:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable managing recurring meetings and follow-ups to keep teams aligned
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B marketing a plus

Other Information:

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is required to use office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer. The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
