About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH, reporting to the VP of Marketing. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our digital strategy, managing integrated campaigns, and translating bold ideas into measurable impact. This role is key to driving Intelliguard’s transformation into a category-defining, intelligence-forward brand, supporting initiatives across brand leadership, demand generation, sales enablement, and market analytics. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts as we evolve from a hardware-focused organization to a software-centric healthcare technology leader.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media: Own and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, including graphic design, scheduling, analyzing performance, and providing insights to establish a strong following, build awareness, and drive consideration for Intelliguard.
- Paid Media: Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns with full ownership of budget, targeting strategies, performance tracking, and reporting; collaborate closely with sales to align campaign goals with lead quality and pipeline impact.
- Email Marketing: Develop comprehensive email marketing campaigns that amplify our thought leadership, drive conversion throughout our customer pipeline, and maintain engagement among existing customers.
- SEO/GEO: Conduct market research, analyze website content, and perform keyword research to optimize our company’s website and landing pages for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Content Creation and Marketing
- Develop compelling content across a variety of formats (such as blogs, email campaigns, social media, web copy, and case studies) that align with brand voice and business objectives.
- Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product, and sales teams to craft messaging that resonates with target personas and supports pipeline growth.
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, improve copy quality, and enhance marketing execution across digital channels, while applying strong editorial judgment and brand voice to ensure quality and relevance.
- Apply SEO and performance data insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with external vendors or agencies (e.g., PR, creative, digital) to ensure alignment on brand standards and campaign execution.
- Measurement and Optimization
- Measure and report on return on investment (ROI), marketing-attributed pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels and campaigns.
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Translate data into actionable insights—making recommendations to improve lead quality, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and regular reports to communicate marketing performance to key stakeholders and inform cross-functional decision-making.
- Marketing Innovation
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to marketing strategy—proactively explore new channels, tactics, and technologies to drive growth and continuously improve performance.
- Contribute fresh ideas and strategic thinking to team discussions, challenging the status quo, and identifying opportunities to differentiate Intelliguard in a competitive healthcare technology market.
We Would Love To Hear From You, If:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech, or marketing agency environments.
- Proven success leading digital initiatives, including content marketing, email marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), SEO, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Proficient in leveraging data and analytics from Google Analytics, SEMRush, and HubSpot or similar marketing performance technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to accelerate marketing execution and performance optimization, supporting marketing strategy and content creation.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for content design and development.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and problem solver who proactively delivers ideas and solutions.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment with a growth-focused environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, product, and executive teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

- Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
