About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Vice President of Implementation & Professional Services to join our team in Columbus, Ohio reporting to the Chief Client Officer. This individual will lead the end-to-end client experience post-sale, overseeing the implementation of our solutions and the delivery of professional services. You will play a key leadership role in driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through best-in-class implementation practices, service delivery, and team management. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and client-facing experience. From project management to technical planning and solution implementations, this individual and their teams will ensure Intelliguard’s products effectively go-live at client sites, meeting schedule and performance expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Team Building & Management:
- Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, implementation leads, technical experts, and support staff
- Develop team goals, including financially based performance objectives where relevant.
- Ensure the implementation and professional services teams have the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed
- Optimize internal processes and tools, adopting and rolling out new technologies and platforms for improved performance
- Manage resource allocation and staffing models to meet the demands of the growing client base while maintaining service excellence.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute the strategy for implementation and professional services to drive client success and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product, sales, client service, and client success teams to align service delivery with company objectives and client needs.
- Define and execute long-term plans for scaling the implementation and services function as the company grows.
- Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Implementation Oversight:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and business requirements.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the client onboarding and implementation process, from project scoping and planning to successful go-live, training, and post-go-live.
- Adjust team structure and tools as needed, to meet growing and changing client needs.
- Work cross-functionally to establish consistent and reliable implementation processes for the various project and product types.
- Professional Services Management:
- Lead the professional services team in delivering high-quality consulting, customization, and training services that enhance the client experience.
- Develop client-facing materials that detail all relevant offerings (consulting, training, system integrations, etc.) to enable the sales force in their efforts and help clients derive maximum value from the product.
- As necessary, expand and adjust solution set and go-to-market approach to align with growing product base, client needs, and company objectives.
- As appropriate, scale the team and processes to meet the increasing technical complexities of product implementation, including the ability to accommodate large-scale integrations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Work closely with sales and client success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the implementation phase.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure the successful adoption of solutions and uncover opportunities for additional services.
We Would Love To Her From You, If:
- 10+ years of experience with implementation, project management, or professional services, leading and growing teams in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building a scaling a technically complex professional services team, including project planning, resource determination, and systems integrations, a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role (Director or VP) is highly preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare technology industry or with similar business models is a plus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team.

The pay range for this role is:
160,000 - 185,000 USD per year (Ohio Office)
