About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our team Columbus, OH reporting to the Director of Project Management. As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing processes and procedures for hardware and software implementation projects; overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and provide a seamless transition from project initiation to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end integration and implementation process for enterprise healthcare clients—from project kickoff to go-live and transition to support.
- Manage HIE integrations, including EHR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and ancillary medication management systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and clinical workflow alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, product, support, field services) to deliver integrated hardware/software deployments.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, escalating issues as needed for resolution.
- Support clients change management and training needs throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, building trusted relationships with clinical, IT, and pharmacy leaders
- Document lessons learned and contributed to process improvement initiatives across the implementation function.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We Would Love To Hear From You, If:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, business, engineering, or a related field master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, particularly in implementation projects
- Demonstrated success leading projects involving HIE integration (especially EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech)
- Experience with the implementation of hardware/software systems in hospital or health system environments
- Strong understanding of medication inventory workflows and clinical environments (e.g., pharmacy, OR, med-surg units)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and client-facing teams
- Experience working with HL7 data exchange standards
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% for on-site project needs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
