About the role:

Intelliguard has an opportunity for a Product Team Intern to join our team in Columbus, Ohio, reporting to the Head of Product. As a Product Intern, you will work in our team building healthcare technologies, both hardware and software, as we work more closely with customers and their data.  This role will be assisting our team and customers to use this information to help make them better, working within the product team that is creating and aligning the tools that measure customer performance.  This individual will involve work direct with designs, developers, and customers as we perfect the tools that help to evaluate performance and identify areas of opportunity for improvement. This effort will simultaneously make our products, and our customers better.

What You'll Be Doing:

This person will work closely our Product, Sales, and Development Teams - and with our customers as we design, build, and implement the software that delivers performance data. This is not a job to get coffee – this intern will be actively involved in the identification, development, delivery, and evaluation of the software.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborating with product teams, clients, development teams, customer success teams, and integration engineers to

translate use case requirements into workflows using various integration options within the software ecosystem.

·       Conducting in-depth analysis, interviews, and reviewing options with the team as we design solutions, assess a range of

options, and evaluating new packages or systems with blend of approaches for short- and long-term success.

·       Creating workflow charts, diagrams, and system specifications. Recommending process enhancements or technological solutions

that improve efficiency and optimize existing resources.

·       Translating business requirements into actionable functional designs, collaborating with developers and engineers on technical

solutions.

If you are actively working toward a future in healthcare technology, medical device sales, or love working closely with analytics and data to help measure performance, we would love to talk with you about this position.  The ideal candidate for this position will be in an existing Bachelors or Master’s program in college, and has an understanding of software and integrated technology applications and how they support businesses that use this data to measure success.

 Work Experience Requirements:

·       Experience in a software development environment and working with cross-functional teams using agile supporting

tools such as Figma, Jira, and others.

·       Experience multitasking and managing multiple projects, including prioritization, planning and task delegation.,

·       A proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is required to use office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer. The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
