About The Role:

Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the FP&A Manager. In this role, you will lead advanced financial analysis, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. With a strong foundation in data analysis and financial modeling, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams. 


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis 
    • Lead the development of annual budgets and long-range financial forecasts. 
    • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning, to support business decisions. 
    • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investments, profitability, and operational efficiency. 
  • Reporting and Insights 
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership. 
    • Analyze business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations. 
  • Strategic Support 
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic initiatives. 
    • Evaluate financial impacts of business opportunities and new product launches. 
    • Provide insights and guidance on cost management, revenue growth, and profitability optimization. 
  • Process Improvement and Leadership 
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and planning. 
    • Mentor and support junior financial analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development. 

We Would Love To Hear From You, If:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role. 
  • Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable financial insights. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). 
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to present complex data effectively. 
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and accounting principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members. 
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks.

  • Onsite role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

The pay range for this role is:

83,000 - 97,500 USD per year (Ohio Office)
