ABOUT THE ROLE

Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations & Customer Contract Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to our Area VP of Sales (West). The Sales Operations & Customer Contracts Manager is responsible for managing tools, templates, and activities designed to enable effective sales from internal Intelliguard teams as well as sales distribution and channel partners. In this role, the Sales Operations & Customer Contracts Manager will be responsible for company CRM tool maintenance and enhancements, manage the Intelliguard sales pipeline, sales forecast, contracting processes and templates contract creation, close-out, extension, and renewal, and will communicate contractual changes to all stakeholders. They will help resolve any contract-related issues that come up, whether internally or externally. The individual will work cross functionally with marketing, sales, customer support, implementation, and leadership teams. The candidate will help ensure the appropriate processes, procedures, and documentation are in place and followed to deliver a desirable experience for the customer and the salesperson. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Prepare contracts and quotes as needed by the sales organization.

  • Generate customer proposals as requested by the external sales team

  • Manage record keeping for all contracts and associated documentation.

  • Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally

  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.

  • Communicate contract-related information to all internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement sales and contracting processes, associated documentation, and training materials for sales teams, distribution partners, and other representatives.

  • Maintain current documentation via Microsoft Teams shared folders and communicate timely, pertinent updates to the sales organization.

  • Work with the sales organization to maintain the Intelliguard sales pipeline within HubSpot. Hold regular meetings with leadership to discuss forecasts.

  • Analyze sales pipeline and external factors to create sales forecasts.

  • Work with product operations teams to provide forecasts which inform build quantities and timing.

  • Create and manage automation tools and templates within CRM to increase sales process efficiency.

  • Work with the sales team to Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.

  • Function as the internal SME for the company CRM (Hubspot) managing the sales pipeline, running reports, and controlling inputs as necessary.

  • Train salespeople on processes, procedures, templates, and any other sales tools.

  • Work with necessary internal departments to create standard contracting language and templates.

  • Ensure customer proposals and quotations meet all internal specifications and requirements.

  • Follow proper QA and regulatory requirements for documentation release and publication.

  • Ensure that all customers are properly aligned to their respective Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) within IG systems.

  • Ensure that all customer pricing is aligned to their respective GPO and/or locally contracted pricing.

  • Ensure that GPO(s) administrative fees are calculated and paid per the contracted term(s).

  • Other assignments as required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU, IF:

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Health Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience. 

  • 2-5 years HubSpot Administration related experience in a combination of direct sales and/or sales operations coordination.

  • Experience in healthcare and/or medication management sales desirable.

  • Experience working with and managing external partners to ensure alignment, project completion, and success.

  • Experience working with and training seasoned sales individuals.

  • Experience working with HubSpot and pipeline tools.

  • This role is Onsite M-F in Columbus, OH
  • Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
  • Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
  • The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is required to use office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer.
  • The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel Expectations: Minimal travel as needed domestically for company events.

The pay range for this role is:

81,500 - 86,000 USD per year (Ohio Office)
