Position: Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst (mainly focused on Sales Ops, data focus)


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support our sales team and leadership. Reports to the CRO.


In this role, you will focus on optimizing sales processes, providing key insights through data analysis, and ensuring the team has the tools, metrics, and support to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and reports for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales goals.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, compensation plans, and quota attainment tracking.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor the health of the sales organization.
  • Streamline and optimize the sales processes, including CRM management, sales cycle efficiency, and sales team performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve team performance and effectiveness.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales funnel.
  • Support the leadership team in setting sales targets and aligning operational goals with the company’s broader business objectives.
  • Work closely with our data platform team to help create data products that enable the GTM teams to have access to the most accurate data across departments.

  • High attention to detail with a passion for optimizing processes and delivering measurable outcomes.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience must be in a SaaS or software sales environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics and BI platforms, and Excel. SQL experience or willingness to learn is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with our tech stack - Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari and Highspot.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue recognition principles.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

 

Pay:  $85k-$100k
