What is the Role?

Within your first month:  

  • Be familiarized with our media and markets
  • Gain an understanding of all accounting systems and reporting used by the AR team
  • Become acquainted with the team and assigned collection portfolio
  • Build relationships with clients, Account Executives and Sales Coordinators

Within your first two months, you will:

  • Expected to conduct effective and professional collection calls and email on high volume accounts
  • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with Account Executives, A/R, and other personnel regarding discrepancies, billing adjustments
  • Fully maintain assigned portfolio at a required DSO level


You're a great fit for this role because:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be assertive and diplomatic while maintaining business relations 
  • Reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • 3 years of Accounting, Credit, Collection, and data analysis experience
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel and g-suite
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in the media industry with strong credit and collections background preferred but not required


Salary Range: $70,000 - 75,000
