Introduction: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy Consultant to evaluate our current marketing strategy focused on Medicare Advantage (MA) growth, patient engagement, and value-based care. The consultant will provide expert analysis of our existing strategies, identify areas of weakness, and help us optimize and reposition our marketing efforts to drive improved performance in these areas. This role will specifically involve strategic oversight and recommendations, with no direct implementation required. Familiarity with the Texas and Arizona healthcare markets is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with medical physician groups and a solid understanding of healthcare marketing, particularly in the Medicare Advantage space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Current Strategies: Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing Medicare Advantage (MA) marketing strategy, patient engagement initiatives, and value-based care approach.
  • Identify Weaknesses & Gaps: Identify areas where current strategies may be underperforming or not aligning with target audience needs, with a focus on patient acquisition and retention within the MA space.
  • Strategic Redesign: Provide actionable recommendations to redesign and optimize marketing strategies to enhance
  • Medicare Advantage growth, improve patient engagement, and align with value-based care principles.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data and market insights, particularly from the Texas and Arizona regions, to assess patient behaviors, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with internal stakeholders (clinical, operational, and marketing teams) to ensure alignment and integration of new strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Report on Strategic Findings: Provide clear, detailed reports and presentations to leadership with findings, recommended changes, and an overarching strategy to optimize growth in Medicare Advantage and patient engagement.
  • Consultative Approach: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on marketing best practices, patient-centered approaches, and effective engagement techniques.


    Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in growth marketing strategy, with a specific focus on Medicare Advantage (MA) growth and patient engagement in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with working with medical physician groups and understanding their role in patient engagement and value-based care.
  • Proven ability to assess and evaluate existing marketing strategies and provide high-level strategic recommendations to address weaknesses or gaps.
  • Solid understanding of value-based care models and their impact on patient engagement and healthcare marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and market trends.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies clearly to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of the Texas and Arizona healthcare markets and their specific demographic needs.
  • In-depth experience working in or with Medicare Advantage programs and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in growing enrollment and engagement.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations, particularly in marketing efforts aimed at senior populations.
  • Familiarity with patient engagement technologies and tools (e.g., CRM systems, data analytics platforms) that inform marketing strategies.
