About the role

The FP&A Associate is a key member of the Finance team and supports various finance activities.  This role interacts with multiple functional leaders across the company and assists with the consolidation and analysis of financial and operating data for eventual presentation to company leadership and the Board of Directors.  We are looking for a self-motivated person who has experience building financial models and working with internal stakeholders.


What you'll do

  • Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s operational forecast
  • Provide support and analysis to finance and accounting members for business planning, forecasting and budgeting purposes
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analyses - Cash Flow, P&L, KPIs
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Participate in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary
  • Help establish new processes and/or improve existing ones. Familiar with accounting processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3, up to 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced growth environment.  Experience in a start-up environment a plus
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with NetSuite, including Planning and Budgeting, a plus
