About the Role

As a Property Consultant at InvestorKit, your role is to drive the front end of the sales funnel by booking high-quality, qualified consultations for the Senior Property Consultants. You are the first voice a potential client hears, and you are responsible for creating a compelling, trustworthy, and energised experience that opens the door for a deeper sales conversation.

You’ll qualify leads, build rapport, and maintain pace through effective call control, confident objection handling, and strong urgency creation. You are expected to show discipline in CRM management, follow-up routines, and calendar hygiene, and to communicate cleanly between roles to ensure seamless handovers.

As a setter, you are a momentum-maker. Your role is crucial in maintaining team flow, performance pace, and client confidence. You bring energy to every call, clarity to every note, and hunger to every week.

Location: Remote (Australia-based)

Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during weekday evenings, is required.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation + $200 per closed sign up (uncapped commissions)

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked, qualified consultations.
  • Manage daily follow-ups, callbacks, and nurture opportunities via CRM.
  • Ensure calendar scheduling is accurate, up to date, and respects capacity.
  • Run discovery calls with strong energy, urgency, and control.
  • Accurately record notes, client context, and pre-frame outcomes for Senior Consultants.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of InvestorKit’s pitch, value proposition, and service journey.
  • Conduct a range of whitespace activities as required (e.g; outbound, rescheduling, appointment management etc.)
  • Meet and exceed activity and booking targets daily and weekly.
  • Participate in Power Sessions, Growth Sessions, training, and 1:1s.
  • Contribute to team energy and support high-performance behaviours.
  • Actively apply feedback and coaching, and pursue self-development to continually elevate the standard of your performance.
  • Represent InvestorKit with professionalism, enthusiasm, and humility in all interactions.

Quantitative Performance Framework and Targets

The following KPIs and Targets apply to your role for the 2025 financial year. These are reviewed regularly and will be adjusted at the discretion of senior leadership to meet business needs.

Adjustments to targets may result in increases where the division or business is underperforming, or decreases in response to seasonal trends or other relevant factors. Any changes to your targets will be clearly communicated in a timely and reasonable manner.
