Position Overview
We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner clinic in New Port Richey, Florida. This role involves working with individuals across all age groups, providing diagnostic assessments, personalized treatment, and family education for a broad spectrum of communication and developmental needs.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, long-term client relationships, and evidence-based care in a community-centered outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing speech-language therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized assessments (e.g., GFTA, PLS-5, KSPT, MOCA, SLUMS)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, language delays, fluency, auditory processing, cognitive-communication, and pragmatic/social skills
- Provide therapy for clients with a range of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, speech/language impairments, and developmental disorders
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other clinicians to coordinate holistic care plans
- Track patient progress and document sessions using clear, compliant clinical language
- Educate families and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals at home
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and collaborative care discussions
- Work across pediatric, adolescent, and adult age groups with flexibility in approach
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active Florida state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Strong experience or interest in working with pediatric and adolescent populations
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and use of standardized assessment tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $45–$49 per hour (commensurate with experience)
