The Role

We are looking to hire a Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic foundation of Invision’s most innovative programs. In this role, you’ll partner with clients and internal teams to translate complex challenges into clear frameworks, bold ideas, and actionable solutions.


You’ll conduct research, craft insights, and develop strategies that drive impact across live, digital, and social channels. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Solutions, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Design Group, Client Services, and the Research & Insight team to ensure that every engagement is intentional, audience-focused, and measurable. This is a unique opportunity for someone who brings together curiosity, creativity, and analytical thinking - and who is eager to help brands break through in meaningful ways.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support briefs that align teams and inspire creative development
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience and business insights
  • Partner with Client Services to identify client challenges and organic growth opportunities
  • Support proposals and pitches with compelling narratives and strategic framing
  • Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to design holistic engagement strategies
  • Facilitate visioning sessions with senior-level stakeholders to align on objectives
  • Build measurement frameworks that connect program outcomes to business objectives
  • Contribute to the growth of the Strategic Solutions Group through offerings, processes, and thought leadership

Additional Details

  • Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of strategic marketing experience in experiential strategy, brand planning, or advertising strategy. Agency and/or experiential marketing background a plus.
  • Travel: This role involves medium travel. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we offer a base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.
