Director, Client Success

Who We Are

We’re an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that make an impact. We believe these experiences are important moments that can happen anywhere — onsite at an event, online, on a billboard, or across any other channel of a campaign. Audiences are overwhelmed with brands competing for their attention, so it takes true expertise to break through and turn those moments into experiences. That’s where we come in.

As an employee-owned agency, we’re fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help brands break through in meaningful, memorable ways. We believe in being great, doing good, and having fun while delivering bold, results-driven, award-winning work. With offices in the SF Bay Area, New York, and Chicago, our client partners include some of the most recognizable brands in the world. More than just vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment wherever they take place.

The Role

We are looking to hire a Director, Client Success to champion some of Invision’s most important partnerships. In this role, you’ll expand client impact, lead teams that deliver bold and creative solutions, and position Invision as a long-term strategic ally.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, guiding programs from pitch to execution while building trusted relationships at every level. Reporting to the SVP of Client Success, you’ll work closely with business development, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure every client experience is intentional, impactful, and measurable. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building, business growth, and creative problem-solving - and who is eager to set the standard for what great client success looks like at Invision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow major client partnerships, identifying whitespace and new opportunities
  • Build trust through strategic thinking and consistent delivery
  • Mentor and manage a team of Client Success leaders and coordinators
  • Drive excellence in proposals and pitches, partnering with Creative and Production teams
  • Guide program execution to elevate brand experiences beyond expectations
  • Ensure operational rigor with accurate documentation, smart processes, and financial oversight

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients view you as a strategic ally, not a vendor
  • Your team feels supported, challenged, and clear on what “great” looks like
  • You grow business by driving value - not just volume
  • You elevate both the work and the people around you

You'll Thrive If You...

  • Have managed $5M+ portfolios and high-performing account teams
  • Bring strong strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills
  • Have deep knowledge of production and the creative process
  • Are an exceptional communicator with clients, teams, and executives alike
  • Can stay calm and focused in fast-moving environments
  • Love developing people and building purposeful processes
  • Are obsessed with delivering meaningful, high-quality client experiences

At Invision, this role isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about creating momentum - for our clients, our teams, and the agency as a whole.
