Overview of the Role:

Our clients rely on us to fiercely protect their intellectual property. We are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead the development and growth of our Intellectual Property Crime Solutions product line. As a key member of our team, the Product Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and delivering value to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B managed services, a proven track record in product management, and a hands-on approach to both strategic and tactical tasks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

With a particular focus on delivering client value, product performance, and business profitability across, the Product Director will:

  • Define and execute a product roadmap that leverages technology and human expertise, aligning product strategy with business objectives, identifying market gaps and opportunities, leading the execution of a diverse product portfolio, and advising on the company acquisition strategy.
  • Develop the commercial model for products, working with operations, finance, and sales to create agile pricing models, and collaborating with the GTM team to refine product pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to make informed product decisions, prioritize the product roadmap, and identify key performance metrics while maintaining a customer-centric approach to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to define product requirements and features, ensuring solutions are built with long-term stability and scalability in mind, and drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Organize cross-functional workstreams to deliver against the product strategy on time and within budget, promptly resolve escalated issues, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with strong product management acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of B2B managed services.

  • 5+ years of proven success in product management within a B2B service company, with a track record in developing products that deliver value and commercial impact, including testing, UI/UX improvements, customer retention, and journey optimization.
  • Strong understanding of cost base and profitability analysis, customer/market needs, industry trends, and product strategy development, with proficiency in product management tools, data analysis, and metrics tracking.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions, including in high-pressure situations or with incomplete data.
  • Technical knowledge of software development processes, including sufficient familiarity with programming languages, APIs, and web technologies to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to create clear and well-organized proposals and presentations for different audiences, and expertise in fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple active projects.
  • Empathy for customer needs and a focus on creating products that deliver genuine value and solve real problems.
  • Familiarity with link analysis tools and experience connecting data to identify IP crime patterns and connections.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, product design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Sector experience in security, global outsourcing, legal, brand, or content protection is preferred.
