Inclusive Prosperity Capital (IPC) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Asset Management & Reporting to play a critical dual-role supporting both IPC’s SFA initiative and broader IPC core asset management operations. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in asset oversight, financial reporting, asset compliance monitoring, and performance analysis within the renewable energy sector.
The role will be split between managing assets and reporting activities under the SFA portfolio and supporting the ongoing needs of IPC’s core asset management functions. This individual will oversee technical performance, ensure compliance with regulatory and incentive requirements, and develop strategies to maximize portfolio efficiency and impact.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in asset management or related fields, with demonstrated knowledge of solar technologies, financial reporting, and industry compliance standards. Familiarity with tools such as AlsoEnergy Power Track, Salesforce, and inverter-specific monitoring systems is preferred. Experience in both operational and strategic roles within clean energy finance is highly valued.
This position is dependent upon the continued receipt of funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Solar for All program. This position is designed as a remote role with potential travel to our Hartford, CT office and surrounding areas as required. This role requires the employee to currently reside in one of the specified states and agree to work within Eastern or Central time hours. Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
Conditions: This role requires a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and chair, along with a reliable broadband connection of at least one 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. The workspace should be quiet and distraction-free to ensure focus and productivity. As an organization that values live interaction and transparency, employees are expected to be on camera during meetings and collaborative sessions. The ability to remain seated and stationary for approximately 75% of the work time is necessary. Additionally, occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. They should have at least 5 years of progressive experience in areas such as real estate or energy asset management, finance, transactions, banking, or operations, and demonstrate a strong passion for IPC’s mission. A minimum of 1 year of proven success working remotely, including managing assets and reporting, is preferred.
