Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Analyst to support our finance team with a primary focus on data entry and basic accounting tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their careers in accounting or finance and looking to gain experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, ensuring proper categorization and timeliness.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice entry and payment tracking.
• Maintain and update financial records to support accurate reporting.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes by preparing basic spreadsheets and summaries.
• Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies or missing information.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including organizing financial documents and maintaining filing systems.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other office applications is a plus.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
