Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys building strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies
  • Responsible for rent collection and addressing delinquencies
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial and operational reports
  • Coordinate evictions with outside legal counsel when necessary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, a plus)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • A self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 75,000 USD per year (801 West Ave)
