Job Summary
- Ironhorn Enterprises is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Investment Sales Officer to join our growing team. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone looking to break into commercial real estate investment sales or grow their existing foundation. You will work directly with and report to our Senior Vice President of Investment Sales, supporting all phases of the marketing and sale of Ironhorn’s industrial real estate portfolio.
- This position offers direct exposure to the full sales cycle of industrial real estate transactions, with opportunities to work on live deals, contribute to marketing efforts, and gain insight into how value is created through strategic portfolio sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of offering memorandums, property summaries, and investor materials
- Track and organize buyer interest, communications, and deal status updates using CRM tools
- Help coordinate due diligence activities and collaborate with internal departments and external brokers
- Perform market research and data collection to support sales and pricing strategies
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, investor outreach efforts, and virtual deal presentations alongside senior team members
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the investment sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, sales, or a related business field preferred
- Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A long-term interest in a career in commercial real estate investment sales

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Ironhorn Enterprises HQ)
