Job Title: Vice President of Investment Sales
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Company: Ironhorn Enterprises
Salary Range: $110,000-$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead the marketing and disposition of property portfolios to commercial real estate investment groups. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in sales strategy, relationship building, and transaction management within the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the sale of property portfolios, targeting commercial real estate investment groups.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of offering memorandums and marketing packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, buyer preferences, and opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Ironhorn Enterprises at industry events and fostering new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial property markets and investment group dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or investment transactions.
