Job Summary

• Ironhorn Enterprises is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Capital Markets to lead financing initiatives across our growing commercial real estate portfolio. This role will be instrumental in identifying and managing debt relationships, underwriting opportunities, and executing financing strategies that align with our organizational objectives. The Director will work closely with our SVP of Capital Markets and CFO to support Ironhorn’s long-term capital planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute commercial real estate financing pipelines from origination through closing.
• Engage and build relationships with traditional lenders, including banks and credit unions
• Explore opportunities with alternative capital sources and lending groups.
• Read, analyze, and interpret lease agreements to ensure compliance with financing terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financing efforts align with acquisition, development, and operational strategies.
• Lead negotiation and coordination efforts throughout all phases of the financing process.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on capital strategy, loan structures, and funding opportunities.
• Work in close partnership with the SVP of Capital Markets to develop and implement capital market strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate loan underwriting, terms, and structures.
• Proven experience managing financing transactions in a commercial real estate setting.
•  Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and other legal/financial documentation.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a capital markets or lending role is highly desired.
