About the role

InSpectre Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the opening of Medical Case Manager (MCM). Using discretion and independent judgment, this MCM is responsible for executing the delivery of quality and complete case materials. This position requires skill in planning and organizing how to carry out a case assignment from their director. This position applies advanced skills in maintaining records and charts, preparing written reports, and maintaining effective working relationships with others. This position combines the activities of direct and indirect care to claimants while managing others.


What you'll do

  • Maintain and manage claims with field agents and managers, to ensure claims remain up to date with relevant information and active
  • Manage and lead a team of field agents and managers
  • Complete assigned objectives in a timely manner
  • Provide regular weekly/monthly updates for the client
  • Compile and provide receipts monthly for the client
  • Ensure the claim narrative is up to date with accurate and relevant information that captures time, expenses, and appropriately reflects the services performed
  • Create and provide estimated budgets for the client
  • Manage field agent funds and pay bimonthly
  • Review claims, reports, requests, and invoices weekly
  • Performs other duties relevant to claims as required/necessary.

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience within the industry
  • Clear report writing skills
  • Two years in a similar role
  • Bilingual in any language is a plus
