The Field Case Manager (FCM) is an essential role within the company, serving as the driving force behind effective claims management. The FCM is responsible for all facets of field investigations, including surveillance, medical escorts, and the management of claims involving recorded statements. This role demands a high degree of organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments that often require innovative solutions. The FCM must work collaboratively with their team, support staff, and colleagues to uphold and enhance our reputation for quality, excellence, and professionalism.
