About the role
We are seeking a strategic, driven, execution-focused, and hands-on Downstream Marketing Associate Director – Breast Imaging & Physician Marketing to lead and scale our provider marketing efforts across physician-focused marketing programs. Your role is critical to our commercialization strategy, with responsibility for crafting compelling value propositions, launching provider engagement initiatives, and enabling clinical adoption of our platform. You’ll be responsible for campaign delivery, social engagement, customer communication, and brand positioning—all while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
This role is not for the faint of heart. Only a true hustler—someone who is fast-paced, resourceful, and highly ambitious—will thrive. You’ll need to be quick on your feet, confident in your execution, and capable of managing competing priorities without getting overwhelmed. You will be a key partner in shaping go-to-market strategy, customer messaging, and sales enablement tools—while also rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, build content, and support field activity. The ideal candidate brings experience in HCP marketing within diagnostics, imaging, or medtech, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, resource-constrained environment.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, present to senior management, and own initiatives end-to-end. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, high-impact role at the intersection of innovation, access, and women's health.
