About the Role

We are always ope to meeting talented, sharp, and poised individuals to support a series of strategic initiatives spanning operations, executive-level coordination, marketing, product development, engineering, manufacturing, hardware, software and imaging technologies. This is a cross-functional, high-trust role that requires maturity, quick thinking, and the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal oversight while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

You will work closely with senior leadership. You must demonstrate the ability to think strategically, execute with precision, and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in everything you do. The projects you’ll support are dynamic, meaningful, and require someone who can handle both logistics and communication with grace.

Location: Local to the Bay Area / Sunnyvale / Peninsula
