About the role
iSono Health seeks a Head of Sales to lead the company’s commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. This critical leadership role reports directly to the CEO, with engagement opportunities with the board of directors and investors. The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy that positions iSono Health as a leader in AI-powered breast imaging.
As the first commercial hire, the Head of Sales will establish the sales infrastructure, lead pipelines, pricing models, market segmentation, and sales processes necessary for scaling revenue. This individual will start with carrying the bag and selling to the first accounts, while developing and preparing for a high-performing sales team Given the complexity of selling hardware, software, AI, and disposable-based medical devices, the ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in medical imaging, diagnostics, and capital equipment sales.
The Head of Sales must be a credible leader, capable of engaging with radiologists, imaging centers, hospitals, and payers while also effectively communicating business growth and market traction to the iSono Health team, investors, and board members. This role requires a hands-on, execution-driven leader transitioning iSono Health from an R&D organization to a fully scaled sales organization.
This position requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time to engage with KOLs, customers and represent the company at sites, conferences, and events.
