
HCI is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager, HCI!

So What's the Job?
We are looking for an experienced, established sales leader to step into a pivotal moment for our HCI inside sales team. This is not a steady-state management role. You will join during a period of transition and help lead the team through it. The right person has successfully guided sales teams through change before, improving structure, performance, and accountability while maintaining morale and integrity.
Your mandate is clear: stabilize, strengthen, and build a best-in-class inside sales team grounded in strong fundamentals, consistent coaching, operational discipline, and documented best practices. You will lead a team of 10 to 20 enrollment advisors selling high-ticket programs in a consultative, phone-based, short-cycle environment.
