What you'll do
- Conduct targeted B2B outreach to San Diego businesses to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Research prospects to understand their industry, technology environment, and challenges.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and log all activity in the CRM.
- Follow up professionally until meetings are confirmed or opportunities are closed.
- Meet or exceed the monthly goal of at least 5 qualified appointments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize prospecting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
- Proven success in appointment setting, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
- Confident on the phone and skilled at leading insightful, consultative conversations.
- Organized and disciplined with excellent follow-through and CRM accuracy.
- Familiarity with IT services, cybersecurity, or managed service providers (MSPs) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a focus on results, consistency, and accountability.
