Job Description

This strategic role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with client business objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, critical thinker, and collaborative leader who excels at bridging business needs with modern IT architectures.

This position is contingent upon ITMC Solutions being awarded the contract. Candidates selected for consideration will be contacted as soon as the award decision is made. Employment offers will be finalized only upon contract award confirmation. 

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs that address client requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools that support scalable and secure solutions.
• Client Engagement & Consulting
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technical landscape.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solution quality through design reviews, code validation, and architectural guidance.
• Project Involvement
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal development, presentations, and solution scoping.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk assessment processes.
• Documentation & Governance
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, models, and diagrams.
  • Promote architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in a solution architecture role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions in consulting or professional services settings.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms), integration strategies, and enterprise software architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
