Position Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst serves as a technical lead in cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and threat mitigation. This role supports federal RMF processes and enterprise incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments, audits, and security incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Ensure RMF and FISMA compliance.
• Develop security policies and train team members.
• Provide executive-level risk reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Deep understanding of NIST frameworks, RMF, and FedRAMP.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR tools.
• Leadership in SOC or CISO support roles preferred.

Certifications and Education

• CISSP or CISM required; CEH or GCIH preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance.

Security Clearance

• Active Secret or TS/SCI preferred.
