Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead enterprise-level software design and development for mission-critical systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable solutions across federal and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex software systems and APIs.
• Lead Agile sprints and mentor junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding practices.
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in full-stack development using Java, .NET, or Python.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Strong experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proven leadership and technical mentorship experience.

Certifications and Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science.
• Agile, DevOps, or Security certifications preferred.

Security Clearance

• Active Public Trust or Secret; TS/SCI preferred.
