The Managed Services Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations for our Managed Services partners, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and the continuous improvement of Marketing Cloud configurations. They will work closely with the Managed Services delivery team (Salesforce and MuleSoft Developers, Delivery Coordinator and Service Delivery Manager) to deliver high-quality support and solutions to our clients. There will be many opportunities to collaborate with internal Architects and customers to grow your technical skillset.
What you'll be doing:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management:
Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support client marketing campaigns.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the Marketing Cloud platform.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and requirements.
Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, including email marketing, automation, and journey building.
Incident Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations promptly.
Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding Marketing Cloud queries.
Ability to size and estimate tasks effectively.
Client Support:
Provide exceptional customer support and communication to clients regarding MuleSoft-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Data Management:
Maintain data integrity within Marketing Cloud by implementing data cleansing and segmentation strategies.
Monitor data synchronisation and integration with other systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and best practices.
Suggest and implement improvements in marketing automation processes and workflows.
Documentation:
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to Marketing Cloud configurations and processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and QAs, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions.
We'd love you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is mandatory.
Additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred (e.g., Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist).
Basic SQL knowledge.
Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and tools.
Knowledge of data management and segmentation.
General understanding of regulations around marketing automation in Australia and abroad.
Data Cloud knowledge and experience is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
