About the Role


As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, acting as the main liaison between clients and our team at J4RVIS. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive the discovery, design, and execution of Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals and industry best practices.


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Discovery & Design Workshops: Engage clients in collaborative sessions to capture requirements, understand business objectives, and outline solution specifications.
  • Bridge Business and Technical Needs: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Delivery: Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Design: Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, as well as other team members, to contribute to the design of solutions.
  • Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Conduct regular solution reviews with stakeholders, handle escalations, and ensure design and delivery meet client expectations.
  • Champion Best Practices: Use your Salesforce expertise and consultative approach to guide clients on the most effective strategies and solutions for their business.
  • Support Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insight and expertise on new business development and project scoping.


About You:

  • Proven Consulting Experience: You have a solid track record of delivering Salesforce projects in a consulting environment, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You’re a skilled communicator, adept at building strong client relationships and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including hands-on configuration experience. You can effectively partner with technical teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Strategic & Solution-Oriented: You’re an advocate for best practices and can create guidelines to standardise high-quality project delivery.
  • Certification Requirements: Salesforce certifications are essential—Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant.
