Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative at Jampack, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence and enhancing our outreach. Your primary focus will be generating new leads, setting up meetings with potential clients, and effectively communicating the unique benefits of Jampack's services.

Performance Profile:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective clients through proactive lead generation and strategic outreach.

  • Use CRM tools to manage and update lead data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of interactions.

  • Connect with potential clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, texts, and video chats.

  • Educate leads about Jampack's offerings, tailoring discussions to their specific needs and interests in the event industry.

  • Work with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.

  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine lead-generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

  • Regularly report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to assess progress and adjust tactics as necessary.

  • Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.

  • Proven experience in sales or client service roles, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries.

  • A competitive spirit, coupled with curiosity, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Passion for the events industry, with a keen interest in contributing to the creation of memorable experiences.

  • College degree preferred

  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
