Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented & process-minded person with strong communication skills. This role will work cross-functionally with different teams to execute email and SMS campaigns with the opportunity to build or improve processes for greater scale and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
    • Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Data Management and Quality:
    • Oversee data hygiene and integrity within marketing databases.
    • Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality data for segmentation and targeting.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing insights into performance and opportunities for optimization.
    • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • 0-4 years of professional experience
  • Established written and communication skills
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable in fast-paced working environments 
  • Local to Las Vegas with the expectation to be in the office each day
Bonus:
  • Email or SMS marketing experience
  • Edit or write HTML or CSS 
  • Experience with Marketo or Hubspot
