Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Build a best-in-class team
Work closely with the Client Success Director to support the onboarding and management of clients.
Participate in team meetings, share client event updates, identify improvement areas, and propose new ideas to drive growth and success.
Flawless execution of event sales
Assist in the onboarding and ongoing management of clients, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and holding clients accountable for meeting timelines and deliverables.
Assist in creating and upkeep email, follow-up, and communication templates that allow Fuse to operate at scale.
Keep up-to-date records of all client communications and tasks in our CRM system, providing regular reporting to the Client Success Team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Client Development, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Supply to execute on client deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and a high-quality product.
Take a project management approach to client events, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, projects are well communicated, and deadlines are met.
Use project and marketing management tools to organize and track event progress, identifying and mitigating risks of not meeting marketing timelines and deliverables.
Provide exceptional service to our clients, acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, resolving any issues and concerns that arise promptly and professionally.
Maximize revenue for clients
Assist with the client marketing execution required for a successful event.
Attend meetings with clients to gain buy-in for travel package marketing, take notes and send out action item follow-ups.
Assist clients in promoting travel packages, fulfilling their contractual obligations.
Project manage clients to execute their agreed upon marketing commitments.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive revenue via customized marketing plans tailored to the event.
Grow your expertise in marketing travel packages
Coordinate with the Supply Team to develop unique event itineraries that offer relevant add-ons, package inclusions, and more.
Track the performance of each sale and advise clients on strategic recommendations to boost revenue.
Requirements:
0 - 2 years of professional experience
Local to Las Vegas with the expectation to be in office each day
Attention to detail and organization are MUST-HAVE skills
Ability to problem solve and figure out solutions to challenges that arise
Strong writing skills and comfortable supporting and speaking on client-facing calls
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, where last-minute changes are common
