Jampack is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Trade Show Field Sales Rep to represent our growing Trade Show & Conference vertical. Jampack’s Corporate Event Services provide nationwide private event planning and execution, leveraging venue partnerships and on-site expertise to deliver seamless experiences for corporate groups, exhibitors, and sponsors.
This entry-level role is on the ground at Las Vegas Shows, driving lead generation, exhibitor partnerships, and brand visibility through strategic field marketing initiatives.
In-office & travel expectations
The candidate should expect to be in office when not actively working on-site at a tradeshow. The candidate may be asked to travel to other markets up to 30% of the time.
Pay and benefits
This role offers a base salary of $40,000, plus uncapped commissions. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) typically range from $40,000 to $55,000, although top performers can exceed this range due to the uncapped structure.
