We specialize in residential and commercial fencing and gate automation, serving communities throughout New York and New Jersey. We are seeking a dependable, motivated Fence Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate takes pride in hands-on work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality installations that meet Jan Fence’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial fencing systems including: Wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and ornamental fences

• Read and follow layout plans, job specifications, and property lines

• Dig post holes, set posts, and ensure proper alignment and level

• Safely operate hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery

• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site

• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years lead foreman experience installing wood, vinyl, aluminum, & chain-link fencing

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Safety minded

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Knowledge of industry tools and construction practices
