The Opportunity
As Javvy’s TikTok Shop Manager, you’ll own the entire TikTok Shop ecosystem—content, creators, promotions, operations, and growth. You’ll combine creative instincts with analytical precision to scale GMV, build community, and turn TikTok Shop into a high-ROI acquisition channel.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth, Creative, and Influencer teams to scale sales, test new strategies, and make Javvy the top-selling beverage brand on TikTok Shop.

What You’ll Own
Creator & Content Strategy
- Oversee the full TikTok Shop creator and content strategy by setting clear KPIs, guiding the outreach and affiliate team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across creator communication, content output, and campaign delivery.
- Build and manage relationships with top creators and partners while directing outreach, scripting, and performance feedback.
- Lead the expansion of Javvy’s creator and affiliate ecosystem into a major revenue channel.
Shop Operations & Offer Optimization
- Own all TikTok Shop listings, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Optimize and test product titles, imagery, bundles, and offers to maximize conversion rate and AOV.
- Manage FBT inventory balances, fulfillment accuracy, and shipping performance.
- Monitor account health, resolve violations, ensure compliance, and stay ahead of new platform features, creator tools, and policy updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Performance, Reporting & Insights
- Track daily GMV, AOV, and conversion metrics across creators, listings, and campaigns.
- Run structured tests on listings, thumbnails, and offers to identify top-performing variables and growth levers.
- Deliver clear, actionable weekly reports and insights to leadership.
- Use data to refine strategy and double down on what’s working.
You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 2+ years of influencer or creator management experience and at least 1 year directly managing TikTok Shop for an in-house brand.
- Understand TikTok’s algorithm, creator ecosystem, and what drives performance on the platform.
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in dashboards and data.
- Move fast, stay organized, and excel in a high-speed, performance-driven culture.
- Communicate clearly and build strong, lasting relationships with creators and partners.
- Are systems-oriented and skilled at turning chaos into structured, scalable processes.
- Know how to lead cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals.
