The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with financial modeling, and a proven track record in eCommerce and CPG environments. This role is critical in driving financial insights, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring disciplined financial management across the organization.

What You’ll Own:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budget-to-actuals analysis, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Own financial reporting for board presentations, investor updates, and senior leadership reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to drive forecasting accuracy and cost management.
• Perform variance analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within NetSuite ERP; optimize system workflows for efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports leveraging advanced Excel and BI tools to provide actionable insights.

You’re a Fit If…

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in eCommerce and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Background in Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banking, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel modeling (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and corporate governance.
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling and 3-statement analysis.
• Experience preparing board-level presentations and investor reporting packages.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth CPG environment.
