The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a results-oriented Sr. Manager Supply and Demand Planning to lead and optimize end-to-end planning across a complex, multi-channel environment. This fully remote position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings, takes ownership of processes, and leverages data to deliver strategic, actionable insights.

What You’ll Own:

• Analyze and manage cross-functional data (sales, operations, finance) to support allocation planning and order management.
• Respond to complex data requests and generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Enhance, operationalize and maintain NetSuite capabilities within the business unit.
• Develop and manage S&OP dashboards, forecasts, and weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to create an integrated view of business performance.
• Support demand and supply planning for new product launches, including phase-in/phase-out strategies.

You’re a Fit If…

• 3–7 years of experience in demand and supply planning, ideally within the food and beverage sector.
• Expert in data analytics and experienced with business intelligence tools and systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite, particularly in managing supply/demand planning, inventory, and financial forecasting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in fast-paced environments with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working across direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, and retail channels.
• Strong understanding of co-manufacturing and multi-location supply chain models.
• Skilled in data transformation, KPI creation, and building dashboards/scorecards.
• Familiarity with short, mid, and long-term planning cycles.
• Experience with both domestic and international supply chain coordination and inventory management.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives results.
• An independent contributor who exercises sound judgment.
• A collaborative team member comfortable working across time zones and departments.
