Inside Sales Representative – Protein Coffee (Entry-Level) 

Location: Fully Remote Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Retail 

The Role 

We’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to help grow Javvy’s Protein Coffee in small retail accounts, with a major focus on the Faire.com wholesale platform. You’ll be working behind the scenes (and on the front lines) to generate leads, convert accounts, and build relationships with retail buyers—all from your laptop. 

What You’ll Do 

● Own day-to-day sales activity on Faire.com: ○ Prospect and pitch new retail buyers 

○ Follow up on leads and free sample conversions 

○ Drive reorders and upsells with existing accounts 

● Communicate with retail buyers via email, chat, and occasional Zooms 

● Share social content and product updates with buyers who engage on Instagram and other platforms 

● Support wholesale marketing campaigns (emails, promos, bundles) 

● Stay organized in a CRM and hit weekly outreach & revenue goals 

● Provide feedback from the field to help improve strategy and product fit 

Who You Are 

● 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or retail (CPG or food/bev experience is a bonus) 

● Native-level English—your written and spoken communication is sharp, clear, and persuasive 

● Comfortable with social media—you know how to engage, not just scroll 

● Experience with Faire.com is highly preferred 

● Self-motivated, organized, and consistent—you like a fast pace and clear goals 

● Passionate about health, wellness, and coffee
