Daily Responsibilities Include...

• Directly leading all store employees, including inventory personnel, store support, and sales stylists with the support of the Store Manager.
• Leading staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through training, employee development, and communication.
• Managing staff performance and development, including providing feedback and handling corrective actions as needed.
• Assisting with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Overseeing store operations, including shipping and receiving, opening and closing procedures, alterations, special orders, supplies, merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
• Organizing and managing inventory to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

• 1+ year(s) of retail management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, planning, sales, and merchandising.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• A passion for Jaxen Grey and our affiliated brands.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
