ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Full-Time Lead Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you’ll help bring our brand to life by combining customer styling, team leadership, and operational execution. You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain a high-performing, service-driven retail environment that reflects our values of confidence, connection, and care.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Actively selling to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists on the floor
  • Working alongside the team to drive sales and elevate the customer experience through timely, expert, and personable service.
  • Coaching and guiding the floor team when store leadership is unavailable
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day store operations in the absence of store leadership, including opening/closing procedures, break and alterations coordination, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
  • Meeting personal sales performance expectations: 10% of store sales, Average Transaction Value of $210, and 2.0 Units Per Transaction
  • Supporting recruiting efforts to help build and sustain a strong, culture-aligned team

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY...

  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability is required
