Who Are We Looking For?
Frontline Technical Support Specialist (EU Hubs – Prague Preferred)
We’re looking for a passionate, confident, and tech-curious individual who genuinely enjoys solving technical challenges and helping others succeed. This is an entry-level role with significant potential for growth, ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT and technology operations.
You don’t need to know everything on day one—but you do need enthusiasm, confidence around technical issues (especially Apple devices), and a proactive mindset. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, stays curious about new technologies (including AI), and is excited not only to support our staff but also to train and empower them with technical knowledge.
Where You’ll Be
Candidates must be based in the EU and located near one of our hubs: Prague, Krakow, or Budapest, with the ability to visit the office when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, confidently handling day-to-day technical issues and questions.
- Manage company hardware inventory and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and maintaining MacBooks and iPhones.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, internal tools, and VoIP systems.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying recurring issues and improving processes.
- Provide technical onboarding and train employees on devices, tools, and best practices.
- Respond to security alerts, bug reports, and system issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate maintenance updates, system changes, and technical guidance clearly to staff.
- Maintain and improve documentation, user guides, training materials, and the internal knowledge base.
- Assist with minor updates to WordPress pages and internal web applications.
- Collaborate with the development team on testing and troubleshooting new features.
- Stay curious and engaged with emerging technologies, including AI tools, and help introduce them internally where appropriate.
Who You Are
- Passionate about technology and eager to keep learning—especially around Apple ecosystems, cloud tools, and AI.
- Confident working with MacBooks, iPhones, and Google Workspace, or highly motivated to master them quickly.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of technical challenges.
- Enjoy supporting people and have the patience to teach and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in IT support or administration is a plus, but not a must.
- Excited by the idea of growing with the role and developing your technical and professional skills over time.
- Based near Prague, Krakow, or Budapest, with occasional in-office availability.
