About Jetson:
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity:
As an AI Enablement Lead, you will be the primary architect for operational "amplification" across the organization. You will move beyond the role of a traditional systems analyst to become an internal consultant and builder who identifies manual, repetitive workflows and transforms them into scalable, automated processes.
Your goal is not just to replace tasks with technology, but to leverage AI and automation tools to ensure profitability and free up our team for high-value, complex work. You will serve as a bridge between technical engineering and business units, helping teams understand, build, and maintain their own AI-driven solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with departments (HR, Talent, Finance, Supply Chain) to conduct deep-dive audits of daily tasks. Identify high-volume, repetitive processes suitable for automation.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of automatable tasks and active AI agents across the firm.
- Work with the team to prioritize automations.
- Based on complexity of requirements, determine if a solution should involve Software/Product, is something that you can execute on, or can be built by individual users.
- Build and deploy AI agents and general AI integrations using both standalone tools (e.g., LLMs, Agents) and in conjunction with Jetson systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot).
- Rapidly develop "Supervised" agents that require human approval, with a roadmap toward "Assisted" and "Autonomous" maturity levels.
- Work side-by-side with teams to implement tools. Don’t just build for them; show them what’s possible and teach them how to build for themselves.
- Lead "Lunch and Learns" and workshops to raise the "AI IQ" of the organization.
- Act as an ambassador for AI, shifting the internal narrative from "fear of replacement" to "excitement for amplification."
- Ensure all automations comply with organizational boundaries regarding data collection and privacy, particularly for sensitive HR and client data.
- Monitor agent performance to ensure reliability and troubleshoot "drift" in AI-generated outputs.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, or Power Automate).
- Familiarity with "agentic" workflows and how to prompt-engineer for high-quality, repeatable results.
- Basic understanding of data structures and how AI tools integrate with core systems like ERPs or CRMs.
- Strong "business systems" thinking—you see the world in terms of inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Experience in high-growth environments where scaling efficiently is a priority.
- A relentless desire to stay at the forefront of emerging tools.
- The ability to explain complex automation logic to non-technical stakeholders in simple, empowering terms.
- You enjoy "rolling up your sleeves" to solve bottlenecks alongside team leads.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operations.
- Demonstrated history of using AI tools to significantly improve your own job performance or quality.
