Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.


The Opportunity:


We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven executive level warehousing professional for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive warehousing strategy to drive efficient parts management and supply chain operations. You will oversee all aspects of warehousing operations—from site selection and set-up to 3PL integration and order fulfillment—ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective distribution of materials to support our expanding business.


What You Will Do:

  • Develop and enforce operational standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and manage inbound logistics to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of external logistics partners.
  • Oversee order fulfillment process to guarantee efficient and timely delivery.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order processing.
  • Manage inventory tracking and accuracy within ERP system.
  • Design and implement cycle count process to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring timely delivery and asset utilization.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse warehousing team across the US and Canada.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to support end-to-end supply chain execution.
  • Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies, automation and best practices.
  • Utilize KPIs and data analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
  • Report on operational performance, cost savings, and service-level metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain strategic management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors. 
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location warehousing operations and integrating 3PL services.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems and data-driven performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across North America.
  • Familiarity with fleet management practices and logistics software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $200,000-$230,000 USD + equity
