Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing who is deeply analytical, consumer-obsessed, and thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution. You will own our full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across both digital and offline channels, with a focus on driving scalable customer acquisition and long-term brand equity.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to craft compelling narratives, target the right customers, and drive measurable growth.
What You Will Do:
- Own the growth marketing strategy for Jetson, including budget allocation, campaign design, execution, and measurement across all acquisition channels.
- Lead a data-first marketing approach, analyzing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and conversion funnels to continuously optimize performance.
- Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns, including performance marketing (Google, Meta, Reddit), OOH (billboards, transit), direct mail, local radio, and community activations.
- Leverage consumer psychology to shape positioning, messaging, and creative across all touchpoints.
- Build and evolve the Jetson brand, as we scale nationally in the US and Canada to bring electrification to more homeowners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Ops to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to activation to retention.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as we scale.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a consumer services or marketplace company.
- Proven track record of scaling a consumer brand beyond $50M in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated success in performance-driven marketing, with deep expertise in online channels (Google, Meta, Reddit) and offline channels (OOH, direct mail, radio).
- Experience marketing local or hyper-local services, with an understanding of how to drive awareness and conversion in specific geographies.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, with a sharp instinct for messaging, branding, and behavioural triggers.
- Strong analytical skill set; experience with Hubspot and leading analytics and attribution tools is a plus.
- Actively uses current AI tools in marketing workflows and can provide real examples of how AI has been applied to increase efficiency, personalization, or performance.
- Hands-on, will be expected to execute directly with a minimal team on day one and expected to be exceptionally resourceful in finding ways to reach more consumers with highly focused budgets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000-$250,000 CAD plus equity
